I have completed extensive training rooted in the osteopathic tradition, and I regularly incorporate Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Neuromuscular Therapy. While many of these approaches are known for their light and gentle touch, Rolfing is often associated with deeper work. In practice, I draw from a full spectrum of touch to engage the different layers within the body. My previous trainings are as follows.

2024 - Upledger Institute - (Craniosacral therapy) CS1 - Assessment of the central nervous system and fascia for full body treatment protocol.
